Meals

At our camp, every meal is thoughtfully prepared on-site, ensuring freshness and authenticity. Dinner is a delightful feast, often featuring zarb, a traditional Bedouin dish where meat and vegetables are slow-cooked in coal under the sand. This savory dish is served alongside a variety of salads, rice, and bread. Additionally, you might also have the opportunity to savor other delicious dishes like kapseh (rice and chicken) or magloubeh (a delightful combination of rice, chicken, and vegetables such as cauliflower, aubergine, and potato).

For breakfast, you'll be treated to a delectable selection of locally sourced produce. This spread may include eggs, labneh (yogurt dip), cheeses, olive oil, za'atar, olives, hummus, as well as an array of fresh fruits and vegetables.

We value your dietary preferences, so please inform us of any special requirements you may have. Our accommodating kitchen is experienced in catering to vegetarians and vegans, and we can easily accommodate requests to omit dairy, nuts, etc. In such cases, we'll gladly replace them with wholesome alternatives such as beans, lentils, and other suitable options to ensure that everyone enjoys a delightful and satisfying dining experience.
